Orders may only be placed by persons aged 21 or over who are qualified to handle research chemicals and who are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or research programme.

You confirm at checkout that the products are for in-vitro laboratory research only. That confirmation is a term of this contract, not a formality.

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not for use in diagnostic procedures, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Products must be handled only by trained personnel in an appropriate setting, and stored and disposed of in accordance with the applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

You must not administer, or attempt to administer, any product supplied by Atlantic Longevity LLC to a human being or to an animal, whether yourself or any other person or creature.

You must not discuss, request, promote, encourage, or provide guidance on human or animal dosing, administration routes, reconstitution for administration, cycles, or protocols in any communication with us, including order notes, email, and any review or comment facility we may operate. We do not provide such information and we will not respond to requests for it.

You must not resell, relabel, or redistribute any product as suitable for human or veterinary use, or represent that any product is a drug, supplement, or therapy.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and may decline to supply you in future, where we reasonably believe this clause has been or is likely to be breached. This is not a discretionary courtesy; it is how we keep supply lawful.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, which is quoted against your delivery address at checkout and added to the total before you are asked to pay. We do not add sales tax at checkout. A minimum order value applies and is shown in your order at all times.

Completing payment is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until the payment processor reports the payment as settled and we accept the order. We may decline any order, in which case the payment is refunded.

Bulk discounts are applied automatically against the total number of units in an order and are calculated on the pre-discount subtotal.

Products are supplied and dispatched by a third-party fulfillment partner. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

Shipment protection is included on every order at no additional cost.

Parts of this site — its code, its copy, and its current product photography — were produced with the assistance of AI tools, under human direction and review. The product photographs depict this catalog's actual containers — vials and capsule bottles — wearing their real label artwork; they are AI-generated images of the real product, in use until a conventional photography shoot replaces them.

Two things on this site are never AI-generated: the certificates of analysis, which are unedited scans of the testing laboratory's reports, compiled into the PDF files offered here by us, and the figures on them. Where a value is not known to us, this site shows nothing rather than an invented value.

Products are supplied for research use only, and no warranty is given as to fitness for any other purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of a product outside the permitted use set out above.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
