Shipping

Orders are delivered to U.S. addresses only. Shipping is quoted at checkout against your delivery address and shown before you pay.

Delivery windows and the daily dispatch cutoff are not yet published; we do not print a window we cannot honour.

Every order includes shipment protection at no additional cost. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it or refund it.

Products are shipped in packaging appropriate to their storage requirements. Storage conditions for each product are listed on its product page. Transfer items to their stated storage conditions on arrival.

Checkout accepts U.S. delivery addresses only; international delivery is not offered at present.
