Returns

If an order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

Photographs of the packaging and the affected items help us resolve this quickly and help us hold our fulfillment partner to account.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they have been kept in their stated storage conditions throughout. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is our error.

We cannot accept the return of any product that has been opened or reconstituted, or that has been stored outside its stated conditions. Once the storage chain is broken we cannot verify the material, and we will not resell anything we cannot stand behind.

Refunds for orders paid in cryptocurrency are issued in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, for the U.S. dollar amount approved, once the return is received and inspected, or immediately in the case of a lost or damaged shipment. A cryptocurrency payment is not reversed automatically to the wallet it came from.

Refunds for orders paid by bank transfer are returned to the bank account the payment came from, for the U.S. dollar amount approved, once the return is received and inspected, or immediately in the case of a lost or damaged shipment.
