What we do, and how

Sourcing

Compounds are produced to a written specification by a manufacturing partner and released batch by batch. We do not synthesise material ourselves, and we do not claim to. What we own is the specification, the decision to accept or reject a batch against it, and the obligation to publish the result either way.

Testing

Identity and purity are measured by independent analytical laboratories that we do not own and that are not paid on the outcome. A batch that misses its specification is not released and does not appear in the catalog at a lower price.

Certificates are published as they arrive, against the lot where the certificate states one. There are 62 published certificates covering 29 of 34 compound families in the catalog. Where a compound has no published certificate yet, no purity figure, lot number, or test date appears anywhere on its page. We would rather look incomplete than publish a number we cannot evidence.

Fulfillment

Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched by a third-party fulfillment partner rather than from our own facility. We say so because it affects you: it is why shipping is calculated at checkout against your address rather than promised in advance on a product page.

That partner charges a flat handling fee on every order regardless of its size, which is the honest reason there is a minimum order value and a bulk discount that rewards consolidating an order rather than splitting it.

Process

How orders are fulfilled

1. 01OrderOrders start at $75.00. The bulk ladder is applied automatically on total units in the cart, up to 20% at 10 units.
2. 02PaymentCheckout quotes shipping against your address, then sends you to NOWPayments to pay in cryptocurrency. No card details are entered on this site, and nothing is dispatched until the processor reports the payment finished.
3. 03DispatchA third-party fulfillment partner picks, packs and dispatches the order. Shipping is calculated at checkout against the delivery address; we do not print a transit time we cannot honour.
4. 04Shipment protectionIncluded on every order at no additional cost. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it.
5. 05CertificateThe certificate for a batch is published in the index, keyed to the lot where the certificate states one, and stays online after the batch sells out, so a vial can be checked against its record at any time.

What we will not do

We do not publish dosing information, administration routes, reconstitution instructions for administration, cycles, or protocols, and we will not provide them on request. We do not make therapeutic claims, publish before-and-after imagery, or carry testimonials describing personal results.

When we cite published research we cite it by its true title and its true compound name. Rewriting a paper’s title to match a house product code misrepresents the literature, and a supplier willing to do that to a citation is telling you what it would do to a certificate.
